Ingredients
1 package Rice Paper Wrapper
1 package of julienned carrots
1 cup of julienned cucumbers
6 oz of protein of choice ( shredded chicken, seasoned ground pork)
1 cup diced green onion
1 bunch cilantro
Dipping sauce
3 table spoons of hoisin sauce
15 grams of peanut butter
Directions
1.ÊÊÊÊ fill large bowl with hot water, quickly and carefully dip rice paper until easily malleable.
2.ÊÊÊÊ Fill with carrots, cucumbers, protein, onions, and cilantro
3.ÊÊÊÊ Quickly wrap it up and hold down the edges until they seal
4.ÊÊÊÊ Repeat until ingredients are gone
Sauce
1.ÊÊÊÊ In small bowl mix together hoisin and natural peanut butter Ê
Dip rolls into sauce and enjoy!
